Knurled Plastic-Head Thumb Screws

Altınkaya Enclosures manufactures also knurled plastic-headed screws which are a sort of washer-faced knurled thumb screws with a slotted drive in the screws head from our broad variety of thumbscrews. The plastic thumb screw's head is designed to make spinning with one hand easier.

They're a great choice for assemblies with often changing components, such as access panels. Because of the manual action, knurled thumbscrews are essential and can be utilized in a variety of industrial applications, heavy-duty enclosures, instrument enclosures. Multi Hole Seals for Cable Glands

Multi Hole Seals for Cable Gland Seals

- Can be used in applications where more than one non-terminated cable or wire must be placed into the same cutout.

- After removing the original internal rubber seal, you can use the seals below with standard industrial domed glands by ITC (nylon or metal, brass).

Strain Relief Bushing

- Our strain relief bushings which are available in 2 different sizes are produced with PA66 material.

- Stock color is black.

- The size options are 6mm and 7mm.

Brass Inserts

- There are two types of threaded inserts for plastics: molded-in and press-in types.

- They are used for projects that require assembly and disassembly multiple times.

- For robust, reusable, and reliable use in plastic enclosures.

- Molded-in inserts are applied during the molding process. By placing them in the mold cavity with core pins.

When the mold opens, the core pins leave the molded-in inserts permanently embedded in the enclosures.

- Press-in insert applied after the molding process. Easy installation into the drilled holes.

Standard Plastic Cable Glands (Metric) and Standard Plastic Cable Glands (PG)

- Cable glands are manufactured with PA6 V2 material.

- We offer many box-carrying handles and other types for various applications.

- A-330 box connection parts are plastic with an aluminum handle. The arm lengths are standard but can vary depending on the quantity ordered.

- A-332 carrying handle is made of ABS and can be mounted in any environment you desire.

Standoffs

PCB Support Pillar

- The standard snap-lock bracket is ideal for quick assembly in PCB stacking applications, and the quarter-turn fastening aids ease of application.

- PCB support pillars enable a printed circuit board (PCB) to become both insulated and secure by allowing it to be mounted within a range of different electronic assemblies.

Brass Standoffs

- Our brass standoffs are nickel plated.

Plastic Spacers

- Plastic spacers are made of Polyamide66.

- Available in a wide variety of sizes, with internal dimensions of 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8mm

- The YP-800, with a spring-loaded extension, offers the advantage of easy mounting on PCBs.

Enclosure Feet

Rubber feet protect benchtops, provide friction to avoid slipping, dampen sound, and improve the overall appearance of your enclosure. We have versions that fit in industrial environments, as well as housings and electrical boxes for desktop computers. Consider the size, weight, and interior space while making your decision. Some rubber foot variants have a metal washer that protects the enclosure feet while screwing them in place. Check to see if the rubber feet models are push-in or screw-in.

Tilt feet, which Altınkaya manufactures in-house, also have a selection of tilt foot bars for small plastic enclosures, instrument enclosures, heavy-duty housings, and laboratory cases that can be installed anywhere on the base and provide an ergonomic viewing posture.

- Many types of enclosure feet are available, including rubber, snap-in, screw-mounted, and sloping.

- A-951 and A-952 tilting feet are our top models. They give the enclosure an elegant look.

Heatsink

- The heatsink fits standard 80mm fans and is made of aluminum.

Enclosure mounting kits

Wall mounting kits for your enclosure such as flange kits, mounting kits, and surface mounting brackets are available off-the-shelf, all made to Altinkaya’s high-quality standards. Mounting kits are attached to the enclosure's base and offer a stable mounting location for your box. Aluminum, steel, ABS, and PC plastic mounting kits are all available.

Pole mounting kits are offered for your IP67 hinged plastic cases. The pole mounting brackets enable a stable mounting option using poles. Mast mounting brackets are available in different sizes.

A DIN rail makes it easy to install and replace terminal blocks and other devices. DIN rails are manufactured from steel or aluminum and come in a variety of lengths that meet international requirements. DIN rail brackets, whether straight or angled, tilted and/or raised rails offer easy wiring. For easy installation on 35mm DIN rails, small electronics are connected to mounting clips. Plastic and steel DIN rail brackets allow devices and electronics to be mounted on DIN rails.

Panel mounting fixing clamps are used on the back of the control panel, while the screw clamp is put on the enclosure. The enclosure will be firmly pushed against the control panel's wall when the included screw is used.

Latches and Hinges

- Draw latches from Altınkaya provide a wide choice of options for securely locking panels, plastic cases, and electronics enclosures.

- Altınkaya draw latches offer a mechanical benefit to generate the forces required to compress gaskets, seal enclosures, and prevent rattle.

- They are available in a variety of dimensions including over-center, adjustable, and heavy-duty.

- The latches are made from versatile and long-lasting stainless steel which increases the quality of your project.

- Plastic and steel hinges for enclosures allow doors and lids to open and close by attaching them to cases or surfaces.

- When the electronics cases do not have a hinge option, Altınkaya plastic and steel hinges can be used to attach random enclosures, covers, and bodies.

- CNC customization may require drilling holes to mount a hinge on the enclosure body and lid, but plastic enclosure hinges have a seal option that preserves an enclosure’s IP67 rating.

- Stainless steel hinges have high durability and offer long-lasting use for your enclosures.

- The plastic hinges are made from ABS which is rigid and light.
