Self-Clinching fasteners are mechanically pushed threaded nuts, studs, or blind and thru-hole standoffs into sheet metal to give firm attachment points. Self-clinching fasteners are a highly helpful item in the assembly of devices and electronics in universal electronic and electrical enclosures, as they solve a number of component mounting problems.
