Return & Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with all of our products. We will gladly make an exchange, credit, or refund on any item purchased directly from Altinkaya Enclosures.
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service center at +90(312) 395 2768 or email email@example.com .
All returns must be requested within 7 days of the date item was recieved. Items returned must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Items must be returned with a Return Authorization issued by Altinkaya Inc. To receive a return authorization please email return request to firstname.lastname@example.org . Included in your return request must be the following information:
Upon receipt of returned goods according to these conditions the full amount less shipping and handling will be refunded to you.
Note: Items which does not appear on the website and made or modified to the consumer's specifications will not be refunded.
Exchange request must be made within 7 days of the date the item was recieved. Please email exchange requests to email@example.com . Included in your exchange request must be the following information:
A Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding your exchange. If your exchange results in a refund, the refund will be credited to you. If your exchange results in an amount due to Altinkaya Inc. you will be responsible to pay prior to new item being shipped.
Please allow 10 to 30 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
